We are located in the state of Florida. We are required by law to collect sales tax for orders which are shipped within our state. Orders shipped outside of Florida are exempt from sales tax.
We ship Priority Mail via U.S. Postal Service, anywhere within the U.S. and a delivery confirmation is included with your order. We strive to fill orders within
1-3 days, after they are received. If your order cannot be filled within this time frame, we will contact you. For overnight delivery or special handling, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We ship to third parties. If you order multiple gifts and want them shipped to different addresses, please place a separate order for each Ship To address. Our Shopping Cart process allows you to enter your information in the Billing Address section, and then you can enter the gift recipients name and address in the Ship To section. Anytime we ship to someone other than the Billing person (the credit card holder), we, of course, send the invoice or receipt to the Billing person.
Forms of Payment
Sunny Scent-sations uses PayPal as their credit card processor. We accept Visa. Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You do not need to open a Paypal account in order to make a purchase. You will receive an e-mail from PayPal confirming your purchase and an e-mail from Sunny Scent-sations letting you know your items have been shipped.

Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges
We are confident that you will love our products, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us within 7 days of merchandise receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and in original, saleable condition. Custom and special orders are not returnable.
Please note that many of our items are handmade and variations and slight imperfections will be present.
Upon the receipt and inspection of your returned merchandise, you will be issued a refund of your purchase amount less a 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling fees. Refunds will be issued in the same form as initially paid.
